The Service is provided free of charge and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service excessively
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code

3.2 FPL Team ID

You are responsible for ensuring that any FPL Team ID you enter into our Service is either your own or that you have permission to view that team's data. We are not responsible for unauthorized access to team data.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Our Content

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, graphics, and content (excluding third-party data), is owned by Locked In FPL and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 FPL Data

Player statistics, team data, and other Fantasy Premier League information displayed on our Service is sourced from the official FPL API and remains the property of the Premier League and its licensors. Team badges and logos are trademarks of their respective football clubs.

4.3 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of transfer suggestions or predictions
• Availability, uptime, or uninterrupted access to the Service
• Freedom from errors, bugs, or technical issues
• Security of data transmission or storage
• Fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability

We make no guarantees that using our suggestions will improve your FPL rank or performance. All recommendations are algorithmic and should be used as guidance only.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCKED IN FPL AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of FPL rank or points
• Financial losses related to Fantasy Premier League decisions
• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or unavailability
• Inaccurate predictions or recommendations

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed £100 (one hundred British pounds).

7. FPL API and Third-Party Services

Our Service relies on the official Fantasy Premier League API, which is provided by a third party. We have no control over:

• The availability, accuracy, or completeness of FPL API data
• Changes to the FPL API structure or access policies
• FPL API downtime or rate limiting

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service if the FPL API becomes unavailable or restricts access.

8. No Affiliation with Premier League or FPL

Locked In FPL is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, or any football clubs. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. Use of these names and logos does not imply endorsement.

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Locked In FPL regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

15. Age Requirement

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under 13, you may not use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
